COME AND JOIN US AS A TRAINEE INSTRUCTOR

Magic in Motion is an independant ski school with offices and teams of French and British instructors in Meribel, La Tania and Courchevel. Running for over 15 years we have an established infrastructure of rooms for the instructors, garden areas and a Big Air Bag. Our clientele is mostly English along with other non-French nationalities, therefore all our instructors are required to have a good level of English. We take a fun yet professional approach to teaching all mountain activities.

We are looking for trainees who have either:
Test technique + BASI 2
Test technique + Préformation

Number of hours worked during a season:  approx 300 hours
Hourly rate: from €30 per hour net
Roughly: €9000 in a season
 

TRAINING

Magic Ski School is affiliated to the French system “jeunesse et sport” and has approval to take  «stagiaires» trainee instructors (not all ski schools can do this). Magic will be holding training sessions throughout the season adapted to your level and diploma:

November
Training course to prepare for the Eurotest - 4 weeks from 14/11/10 to 10/12/10
Accommodation and food not included, around 48€ par day.
January
2 weeks of training for the Eurotest
1 week of teacher training
March
2 weeks of training for the Eurotest
1 week of teacher training
Throughout the season:
Technical ski training: short turns, moguls, snowboard, mountain training, off-piste skiing and touring.
